Piney Digital does not guarantee any specific business outcome (such as revenue, profit, customer count, or operational efficiency improvements) as a result of the services we provide. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Piney Digital sends SMS messages to introduce our website and software development services to businesses. Messages may include information about our services, pricing, special offers, and follow-up communications regarding inquiries you've made. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive text messages related to our development services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number sending you messages.
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Project IP transfer: Upon full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the final website design, custom source code, source code repositories, infrastructure-as-code, third-party component licenses, and account credentials created specifically for them. Piney Digital retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and Piney Digital's internal utilities (used to build the project) remain the property of Piney Digital and are licensed to the client for use within their project under reasonable terms.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally:
Texas sales tax: Texas customers may be charged Texas state and local sales tax on the data-processing portion of your invoice (typically 80% of charges) in accordance with Texas Tax Code §151.0101 and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Publication 96-259. Out-of-state clients are not charged Texas sales tax. All prices listed on our website are exclusive of sales tax unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Project agreements include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Change requests that significantly alter the project scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
